Still Going Strong

To those who have been reading this blog, keep the faith. This is a period of relative silence, but that doesn't mean things might not be happening behind the scenes. All good things come to those who wait...

AIPAC in the news... I find curious this passage: "The U.S. Attorney in eastern Virginia at the time, Paul McNulty, 'would like to end it with minimal damage to AIPAC,' the document quotes Lewin as telling Lowell. 'He is fighting with the FBI to limit the investigation to Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman and to avoid expanding it.'"

Curious because Laura Rozen recently writes about Paul McNulty's work to limit peripheral damage to some of Abramoff's clients.

Hmm, the Fixer indeed. I wonder his position on Sibel's case?

Mmonk,
Thanks for your continued support. I think after Easter we may hear more. Here's keeping the fingers crossed...

Dqueue,
What's amazing is that we've still never heard anything about an investigation of the American Turkish Council (ATC), and unlike the AIPAC case, not a single member of the ATC or its Turkish counterparts have been charged with anything.

I think these investigations are definitely 'firewalled' to catch a couple of scapegoats but hide the true extent of the espionage.

Anyone ever seen this before?

If this is the kind of criminal activities government is condoning, what have we all turned into?

Are drug lords & terrorist mafia from all over now running government's justice?

That is good to hear. You know, I'm sure many people hear do not like/read The Drudge Report, however, if just for a week, you moniter his site, and moniter the 24 hour cable news channels, you will see he singlehandley has the ability to effect the news cycle. Not to mention the over 10 million hits a day, so, I was wondering, does ANYONE have any way or idea on getting Drudge to pick this story up (giving an "anonymous tip" didn't work for me, I tried twice a month or two ago), however, just a thought!
